We hired WiseBuild Construction to do a variety of significant repairs to our property's two 100+yr old stone buildings. They were clear, friendly, amenable, respectful, and patient when defining the steps necessary to achieve each project's goals, offering a range of solutions to accommodate our budget. We found them to be honest, fair with pricing, and when a major unexpected problem was uncovered during construction, they did not compromise the quality of their service, continuing to work with us and for us in a compassionate and professional manner in order to safely satisfy the finished quality of each individual repair - a rare and unusual value to find these days! We would highly recommend them! 

David was a pleasure to work with. Came the next day(Saturday) and gave me a free estimate and did much investigating to figure out where water was entering my house. We set up an appointment for a dry day ,which was Monday Dec 3rd and he came with his co worker first thing in the morning and worked until the cement work was done--no breaks--straight work!!!! Afterwords cleaned up very neatly inside and out I would highly recommend WiseBuild to anyone that needs a job well done at a fair price 

Great guys to work with. Hired them to do my roof and they were in and out. I saw them in the morning before i left for work started covering the house to start demolition and they were gone before i even came back. Not a single nail or garbage left on my driveway and lawn. Very professional- prompt estimate - they started the job on time- worked neatly and came prepared + when I added a few extra repairs they accommodated me in between other jobs - I was very happy with the quality of the workmanship - David was the main person I was working with - he worked neatly and efficiently- I would definitely hire them again - he was concerned that I was happy with his work - I had a variety of jobs from refinishing my front door, to masonry work, repairing my wood fence, installing outlet, removing an old closet and repainting, refinishing wood floors etc. I will be using them again in the spring - I am very glad I found WiseBuild! They came to my relief before a huge storm in 2016. They did a major job in the removal of the entire roof, boards, soffits, and all. I had them install a couple skylights as well, after all the price was pretty good for the amount of work being performed. Fast forward to now.  Things have been great but unfortunately due to some, very bad weather a drip started from one then both the skylights. When I spoke to Dave from Wisebuild there was no hesitation to fix the problem. He was on my roof in no time fixing what was clearly a manufacturers defect from the company that produced the skylight. All in all I give them a 5 because they deserve nothing less. Thanks again! 

I have a flat roof of a 4 family house in Hoboken that keeps leaking ever since I purchased the house 6 years ago.  I first found out about Wisebuild Construction from my neighbor and figured I would give them shot to fix my problem. David was the first person I got a quote from and I never looked back. He was by far the most professional and honest compared to any other guy who came for an estimate. He explained everything to me before the job started, and great communication throughout the process.  Never shy about providing the full information of the material he used. David and his team did a GREAT job on a complete replacement of our roof. Have not had any leaks since, and the roof looks great.
